A promise from me to deliver what we say and when we promise it. A promise to handle your enquiry, issue, support request with speed, intelligence and ethics. We promise to be upfront and honest about issues or delays if they occur.
We can not deliver this unless we believe in this ethos in the first place, we do. We also expect this from customers in return. If this comes across as personnel it is.
ORDERS & CANCALATIONS
A) Orders placed online and paid with Credit Card PayPal or Wire TT direct to bank.
B) We promise that we really mean build & shipping Amplifiers within 2 working weeks of order. If for any circumstance we will inform you immediately with reason and offer solutions. WE wont leave you with no communication for months.
C) If you cancel the order prior to shipping we will refund in full minus fees. PayPal and Credit Card companies don’t now refund fees in the region of 3% this will be deducted from the refund A 10% restocking fee for all non Nord products and no delivery refund.
DELIVER
A) We promise that we really mean build & shipping Amplifiers within 2 working weeks of order. If for any circumstance we can not deliver we will inform you immediately with reason and offer solutions. WE wont leave you with no communication for months.
B) We deliver Worldwide either by UPS DPD or FedEX, Delivery time UK Next Day US 1-2days EU 2-3 Day ROW 5-7 Day
C) Tracking mail will be sent via Parcel2Go our courier booking service please check spam folder if mail not received. You will also receive confirmation from us that the order has shipped.
2 YEAR WARRANTY
A) All Nord products are warrented for all parts and labour for 2 years.
B) We will answer your support communication as a matter of priority over all others.
C) We can diagnose and ship replacement modules in order to facilitate efficent and speedy repair of your amplifier. If you prefer the amp can be shipped back to Nord we aim to repair amp within 2 days.
D) We will pay for or refund the return cost for faulty products in the first year, You will be responsible for return cost in the years 2-5 .
14 DAY RETURN
A) We provide a 14 day money back guarantee. We will refund the original amount paid on all Nord branded products excluding delivery fees.
B) You will be responsible to pay for return to Nord. PayPal and Credit Card companies don’t now refund fees in the region of 3% this will be deducted from the refund A 10% restocking fee for all non Nord products and no delivery refund.
C) Product must be in perfect condition as delivered.
Payment processors no longer refund fees. Fees will not be refunded on canceled orders.
